australia zoo

I work on site to create content for the Australia Zoo YouTube channel - 796k subscribers - in collaboration with the Irwin family. I assist in leading a team of creatives through pre-production, shooting and post-production of various Australia Zoo, Wildlife Warriors, Crocodile Hunter Lodge and Warrior Restaurant & Bar content.

My editing and shooting shines the most in the channel’s documentary style projects, a selection of which has been linked here. I particularly enjoy being on the road with the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital’s rescue unit, documenting their efforts to protect local fauna.

2025 - Present

Fueled by my passion for documentary filmmaking and live music, I launched my own YouTube channel - Wavelengths - in April of 2025.

This project has been following bands from the Brisbane/Meanjin region, documenting their creative processes, showcasing their personalities, and aims to capture the essence of the city’s local music scene.

This venture into independent documentary filmmaking has given me opportunities to network with a wide variety of artists, and develop my style and voice as a filmmaker.

2024

There's No Blue In That Painting deals with the paranoia of an up-and-coming art critic. Eleanor Quinn is selected to judge in a prestigious art portrait competition when she is horrified to be told by her ex-partner that he has entered a presumably contemptuous portrait of her, sending her on a witch-hunt to figure out which painting is his and stop it from winning.
